I believe in practicing a healthy lifestyle to improve the overall quality of life. Every little choice you make during the day, from what you eat, to how you think about things, impacts your physical and emotional wellbeing. This means that even small changes to our habits can drastically improve our health and happiness. Below I list my four main principles for a healthy lifestyle.

I have been a vegetarian for many years and can testify to its health benefits. Not only that, but it's better for the environment as it takes less energy to produce plant products than animal products.

A regular exercise routine that alternates between different parts of the body improves physical function and mood. That's why it's important to get some exercise every day.

Having a routine helps keep life predictable and eases anxiety. It also helps make sure I am getting enough sleep and exercise.

Having a good mindset when facing life's challenges has been prove to have a positive impact on mental health. I always make an effort to look on the bright side and take care of my mind as well as my body.
