Regular Schedule
Having a routine helps keep life predictable and eases anxiety. It also helps make sure I am getting enough sleep and exercise.
The Importance of Routine
Having a daily routine is an underrated but very important part of living a healthy lifestyle. In our hectic modern world, it is often difficult to find the time or energy to engage in healthy habits, like getting eight hours of sleep, exercising, or taking the time to prepare healthy meals. Having a routine with set times for these things helps guarantee that they'll be done. In addition, knowing what you're going to do each day and keeping things predictable can help reduce anxiety and uncertainty. For all of these reasons, keeping to a routine is vital to both physical and mental health.
