Exercise
A regular exercise routine that alternates between different parts of the body improves physical function and mood. That's why it's important to get some exercise every day.
My Routine
I make sure to go for a half hour walk each day. Every evening, I stretch and do fifteen minutes of cardio exercise before I do strength training. I make sure to alternate between three different routines to exercise different groups of muscles while resting the others. This way I can make sure all parts of my body are being exercised while also giving them rest while I exercise others.
